This error occurs when the affected user has a custom and/or index value profile assigned to them that does not have appropriate permissions granted to the referenced index field(s).

To resolve this behavior, assign Read and Search rights to the referenced index field(s) for the custom and/or index value profile assigned to the affected user. For more information on index value and custom profiles alongside the permissions that can be assigned, please refer to KBA-36753.
Note: This error will not occur in public forms.
