Behavior:
An Export job that was run as a scheduled task is no longer executing. The Export job runs correctly manually but does not when triggered from the Task Scheduler.

Solution:
Please refer to the following guide to resolve this behavior; 
  1. Remove the connection within Desktop Apps, then close the Desktop Apps.

     
  2. Delete the credentials from Credential Manager for DocuWare Export.
     
  3. Restart DocuWare Services, then open Desktop Apps and recreate the connection.
    Note: See if the issue remains; otherwise, continue to step 4.
     
  4. Apply any updates to Desktop Apps if needed. To check for updates, right-click the DocuWare Icon within your system tray, then select Check for Updates.

     
  5. Recreate the Task Schedule Export configuration with Administrative Privileges.

  6. Additionally, disable any antivirus or firewall blocking the connection or applying the exceptions.
