Behavior: 
When you right-click on a folder in Outlook, you don't see the option "Watch with DocuWare."

Solution: 
First, confirm that the user is logged into Connect to Outlook and that the user has the rights to "Configure Connect to Outlook" you will have access to this option from user-made folders in Outlook.. 

This option will not appear when right-clicking on a folder created automatically by Outlook. (Inbox, Drafts, etc...).
