Scenario:
You have an Export job process setup, and you are noticing that the Export app keeps opeinging multiple tabs onto the browser asking for credentials.
Solution:
To resolve this behavior, please refer to the following steps:
Remove Stored Credentials
- Open the Credentials Manager then select "Windows Credentials".
- Delete any entry that mentions DocuWare or DW.

Delete old Export files
- Navigate to %AppData%\DocuWare\Export
- Locate and delete (best practices, create copies in a separate folder) the following files
- d.bin
- v.bin
- data_(user)_(guid).bin
Once completed, restart the PC.
Run the Scheduled Export job via Task Scheduler, then you should now only be prompted once to enter your credentials.
Login once more then your Export job should be working as intended..
