For testing purposes, you require an older version of a certain preconfigured solution. However, upon visiting DocuWare Partner Resources, you noticed that these preconfigured solutions are for the most recent version of DocuWare and are only applicable to Cloud sites.
Solution:
DocuWare support does not have access to older DWBUC files. Our Preconfigured Solutions team can provide you with the desired ".DWBUC" file you are looking for. Please reach out to our Preconfigured Solutions team via "preconfigured-solutions@docuware.com" and they will be able to provide you with the necessary ".DWBUC file."
