Does Intelligent Indexing work on clipped documents?
Answer:
By product design, Intelligent Indexing is only able to read from the first document in a group of clipped documents. As a workaround, you could unclip the documents so they can be indexed individually, or you can unclip and staple the documents, so that it will considered one single document.
KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-Premise organizations.
