Scenario:
When using a document processing configuration to route documents to a document tray, you notice that the documents stored seem to be going to a different tray than the intended.
Please note when you first create a DocuWare user, you will be prompted to create a default tray for said user.

Resolution:
When selecting the document tray and leaving the store location to [Inbox], it will be stored in the current user's default tray. This can be beneficial if multiple users use the same configuration but want to store documents in different locations. To ensure you are storing documents in your desired tray, please refer to KBA-36606.
KBA is applicable to both On-premise and Cloud Organizations.
