How do I find the original file name of a document in the web client?
Answer:
During the import process of a document into DocuWare, the file name may change (As defined by the file cabinet owner). In order to find the original file name of a document, open the document within the web client, and the file name will be located in the lower left-hand corner, as displayed in the screenshot below.
