Behavior: 
You have a storageRobot process set up in Task Scheduler that processes documents from a OneDrive folder. When the job runs, it fails, and the following error is logged. 

The following error occurred with the current file: [Path to OneDrive folder]\Sample.pdf
Exception: No DocuWare Organization found. 


Solution: 
When processing documents from OneDrive, check for the following, then run the job again. 

 

Set Files on Demand to Download all files

  1. Go to OneDrive settings, Sync and backup, then Advanced settings.
  2. Scroll to Files On-Demand then click Download all files.


 

For Individual folders, right-click on the source folder. If there is a Cloud icon under the status, this folder is not set to download.


 

 To change this setting, right click the folder and then select Always keep on this device. There should now be a check mark when you check the folder again.
