Behavior:
When recreating the System User in the dwmachine.config file, as described in KBA-36277, the following error message is displayed:
When recreating the System User in the dwmachine.config file, as described in KBA-36277, the following error message is displayed:
"The user specified as a definer ('USER'@'%') does not exist."
Solution:
This error can occur when the Internal Database has been reinstalled and restored from backup, resulting in the need to recreate other users who existed previously within MySQL. To resolve this behavior, add the user to the database with your chosen MySQL management tool (MySQL Workbench or Administrator).
