Thanks for getting back to me.

The user has baskets set up that they can see in the FAT client but they want to start using the web client trays.

Is there a way of getting the documents that show in the baskets on the FAT client to show in the web client?

Hi,

did anyone ever find a solution to this. I have a similare issue with serial numbers. It adds spaces after a number or letter.

eg . A5C21343455 when autoindexed comes out as A 5 C 21343455

Any ideas?

Hi,

I have a customer on 6.7 and has only just started to use the Web Client. 

They have baskets set up that files from workflows go into and also scanned docs. When i try and find these baskets in the document tray locations they are there and i cant select them. I know that windows client and web client are set up in two different programmes but how do i get them to look at the same baskets/trays?

The other folders are working fine and they have spaces in the name. And this folder has been like this for a long while now.

i have a problem with import files coming up with an error

HI,

I've recently passed my DocuWare training DSA, DAC and DSC and i'm finding my feet around it all fine.

But how do i learn the next piece in the puzzle? Web Services so that i can pull data from sage Etc. I've started to look at the .NET API in DocuWare developer but i'm not a coder and i'm self teaching. 

My question is is there any advice anyone can give me on how best to start learning this side of the product. Is there any online training i can do to help me grasp this side more effectively?
