Autoindex will do that for you.

  • RE: File connections

    Mon, 02 Mar 2020 21:35:28 GMT – File connections
That is not entirely correct. A file connection in the Cloud can only be made to the Cloud FTP site which is provided for each organization.
The Local Data Connector (LDC) can only connect to supported database engines (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).

If assistance is required on sending files to the FTP site for Cloud then please open a support request.

    Nathan,
Please confirm that the DocuWare System Time Zone is correct as EST in DocuWare Administration - just in case....

  • RE: LIC file download

Tue, 28 Jan 2020 15:23:50 GMT – LIC file download
    Joe,
Simon has summarized it perfectly. You should be able to log in to the Partner Portal with your credentials and download your license from there.
Just to recap. The license itself never expires - well almost never - your 6.11 license expires in 2037.
I've emailed a copy of it to you for convenience.

  • RE: Searching Workflows

    Fri, 17 Jan 2020 05:57:27 GMT – Searching Workflows
    David,
What version of DocuWare? For several releases now there is the ability to filter on any column of the workflow task.
When hovering over the column name you will see a little funnel icon. That opens a small dialog where you can enter a search term. It works exactly like a normal DocuWare search.

  • RE: Result Limit

    Thu, 16 Jan 2020 21:38:10 GMT – Result Limit
Joe makes a very good point. From my side, I am interested in why 1 page of 12,000 records is more desirable than 12 pages of 100 records?
The reason for wanting this behavior is of interest. Of course, if you had it the next problem would be how long it takes to load a result list with a million entries on one page - if it ever loaded.
So what is the use case here?

    David,
No. The page view is limited to 100 lines. There is no way to change it.

    Julio,
It sounds like there is a field referenced in the form that no longer exists in the file cabinet. Start by checking that.
