Ok. Yes, the description is multi-line.
Try these things:
1. Remove the brackets from around CrLF.
2. Try the control chars Chr(10) + Chr(13) instead of the code. But! Be careful. In VB "+" signs mean to add not to concatenate. Now I think we use a mix of C and VB so the plus signs are probably ok, but in VB I use an ampersand & for concatenation.
3. Try newLine rather than CrLF.
4. Finally just for fun if all else fails try vbNewLine.
Other than that I am not sure and it would need to be tested further.

That won't work. The Workflow Text field is a single line field. It does not accept multiple lines, therefore it will not recognize the code.

This is after you store the document in to the file cabinet?
There is a storage location for the the web tray, and a storage location for the file cabinet.
Which storage location are you looking at?

Have you created the Storage Location for the Request Container?

You can create an Import configuration that can split documents. In the standard import this would be a split based on a page count, or with the Barcode and forms module you can split based on recognized text or barcode.

The point of it is that if you have multiple DocuWare Servers, the uninstall / re-install must be done on all the servers - not just one of them.
There are configuration files on each machine that must be created exactly the same across all machines. The uninstall/re-install ensures that these configuration files are created correctly, and that all relevant pointers are correct.

It is important to set the Server Time Zone in DocuWare Administration. The default is UTC therefore your dates are being delivered as UTC.
Run the DocuWare Desktop App > DocuWare Administration as the DocuWare Administrator (or user with Organizational Admin rights).
Navigate to your Organization (at the top of the tree) > General.
Under the section Calendar, set the appropriate Time Zone for your physical location. Click Apply, then OK.
Any new notification sent should now have the Date/Time offset correctly.

Have you stored and processed a new document? You cannot change the workflow and expect that already running instances will change. They won't.
Here are my links, and email properly working.
