Question:
What is a Fiddler Log and how can I create one?
Answer:
Fiddler is a free HTTP/HTTPS traffic recording tool which logs the traffic between your computer/client and the Internet.
Step 1:
Download Fiddler (http://www.telerik.com/fiddler) and install it on the Server/Client where the error occurs.
Step 2:
After successful Installation please start Fiddler as Administrator and click on Browse.
Reproduce the error with the opened Internet-Explorer and save the protocol as *.saz file over File -> Save.
If HTTPS is used, HTTPS Traffic must still be activated in Tools -> Options -> HTTPS -> "Capture HTTPS CONNETs" and "Decrypt HTTPS traffic":
Further more you have to click on "Actions" ->"Trust Root Certificate" and install the certificate.
