Behavior:
When registering for a DocuSign token from our form, you receive the following message,
Error: [Organization] is not licensed for DW ESI
Solution:
This message will occur if the license does not include DW ESI.
Please contact dworders@docuware.com and provide your contract number so they may assist with the order process.
Once you have this module added to your license, then you'll need to apply the license to your system (How to apply license: KBA-36287 · DocuWare Support Portal). Once applied, you will be able to complete the registration process.
KBA applicable for both Cloud and On-premise Organizations.
