Since throttling has been introduced in the DocuWare Cloud, what is a way of handling this?

Answer:
Since introducing throttling in the DocuWare Cloud (more information on Cloud Throttling can be found here), the use of a library such as Polly can be used in order to retry these throttled requests.
We have an example project from our GitHub page which shows how this can be implemented.
