Most likely you bought a license for the old export tool. To resolve this, please contact our Orders department at either U.S customers dworders@docuware.com or orders@docuware.com for EMEA customers. Request a side-grade from Data Export Tool > DocuWare Export. Upon receiving the license file, please refer to KBA-36287 concerning how to apply the license.
