How do I check if my database connections are accessible?
 
Answer:
Please refer to the following guide to check database connection accessibility;
  1. Open DocuWare Administration and log in as a system administrator.
     
  2. Navigate to Data connections > Database connections.

     
  3. Select the database connection you're looking to test, then select the "Check Accessibility" option at the top of the application. 


     
  4. From here, you can check the accessibility to the installed services. Select the "Check" option to check the credentials of the connection.


     
  5. Once checked, the status will either be returned as "Accessible" or "Not accessible". If not accessible, re-enter your database connections information and try again.
