Behavior:
We have a user who was created via User Synchronization from Active Directory who will continuously be removed from all Groups and Roles that they have been assigned. 
 
Solution:
This behavior can occur when the affected user experiencing this issue is no longer present or has been modified in your organization's Active Directory. To resolve this, please access your organization's Active Directory and ensure the user is present or re-create the affected user in Active Directory. Once this has been completed, delete the user from DocuWare, which can be done from the User Management plugin, then re-run the User Synchronization Workflow within DocuWare Administration to recreate the user in DocuWare.
