Behavior: 
When attempting to access the Web Client, the following error message is displayed: 

"Server Error in '/DocuWare/Platform' Application."



Solution:
To resolve this behavior, navigate to Windows Features and check all boxes for .NET 4 Advanced Services & .NET 3.5.
Once completed, stop all DocuWare services, reset IIS (KBA-34532), then start all DocuWare services. Lastly, reattempt to log in to the Web Client, which should proceed without error. 



KBA is applicable to On-premise Organizations ONLY.
