Behavior:
After upgrading a DocuWare Server, the DocuWare Desktop Apps fail to update and are still on the previous version. When right-clicking on the DocuWare Desktop Apps and selecting "Check for updates," no updates to the new version are available.
Solution:
To resolve this behavior, please uninstall your current version of the DocuWare Desktop Apps and then install the new version. For the uninstallation, the Client Setup can be utilized, as shown in KBA-36563, or use the ' uninstall --all ' command with DocuWare Desktop Apps Silent Installer.

Once the old version is removed, you can do a fresh Install of Desktop Apps
