Behavior:
After referring to KBA-37004, our Cloud Quota has yet to refresh after deleting a multitude of documents from our system.

Solution:
Introduced in DocuWare 7.8, documents deleted from your DocuWare system are retained for up to 30 days in the Recently Deleted section of the DocuWare Web Client. For the Cloud Quota to refresh, the deleted documents must also be removed from the Recently Deleted section. Once these documents have been removed from this location, your Cloud Quota will refresh as per KBA-37004.

Note: Only accounts with organization administrative rights or accounts with ownership rights to all File Cabinets can effectively remove all documents from the Recently Deleted section.
