Scenario:
After upgrading DocuWare to version 7 or higher, the following error occurs after logging into DocuWare Web Client, and cannot do anything further.

"Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: User GUID is not found"
Solution:
During the upgrade process, the Workflow Engine database was not upgraded. This could be for a variety of reasons. Attempt to run the Workflow upgrader again using the Upgrader Tools.
Default Path 7 - 7.10: C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Setup Components
Default Path 7.11 - 7.12: C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Setup Components\Upgrader

DocuWare.Tools.DWWFUpgrader.exe
Version 7.2 - 7.10:
DocuWare.Upgrader.Tool.exe
Version 7.11 - 7.12:
DocuWare.Upgrader.Tool.exe

If it is not successful, read the Setup Logs (default location C:\ProgramData\DocuWare\SetupLogs) to determine the exact cause. The error will no longer appear once all databases have been successfully upgraded (System, Data, Workflow Engine).
