Question:
If we enable a new password policy by enabling "Use secure passwords," will users whose passwords don't meet our new requirements be sent a password reset email or otherwise forced to change their passwords?
 
Answer:
After an organization administrator sets a new password complexity level, the next time a user who does not meet the password requirements logs in to DocuWare, they will be prompted to change their password and will be shown details about the new security complexity level. The user can input either their user name or email associated with their account to receive the password change email. Please note that no notifications about this change will be sent out until the user attempts to log in to DocuWare.
