Behavior:
When submitting a DocuWare Form that triggers a workflow process, we can no longer write back to the Form after applying a stamp, and the following error occurs;
Pdf field/s not found! Missing fields: [Field Name]. The same operation failed previously.
Solution:
This behavior occurs because a signature stamp was applied to the document. By product design, signature stamps prevent further editing or annotations from being placed on the document, with the exception of another signature stamp being added.
To avoid this behavior, ensure that the signature stamp activity is performed towards the end of the workflow when writing back to the form is no longer necessary.
