Behavior:
After performing a fresh installation or upgrading DocuWare, a spinning wheel appears when accessing the Web Client. The following error appears within the HAR logs from the web browser;
After performing a fresh installation or upgrading DocuWare, a spinning wheel appears when accessing the Web Client. The following error appears within the HAR logs from the web browser;
"HTTP Error 500.31 - Failed to load ASP.NET Core runtime"
Solution:
This error can occur when the specified version of Microsoft ASP.NET is not found on the system. This issue can be resolved by installing the correct version of Microsoft ASP.NET based on your DocuWare version.
