Behavior:
When attempting to connect a DocuWare on-premise system (utilizing Windows Server 2012/2012 R2) to our DocuWare Cloud system via File Cabinet Synchronization or Transfer job, the following error message is displayed;
When attempting to connect a DocuWare on-premise system (utilizing Windows Server 2012/2012 R2) to our DocuWare Cloud system via File Cabinet Synchronization or Transfer job, the following error message is displayed;
"There was an error when try to connect to other organization. Check log or contact your DocuWare administrator."
Solution:
By product design, TLS 1.2 is required to connect an On-premise system to DocuWare Cloud infrastructure. To address this error, upgrade the operating system (OS) on the on-premise machine to an OS with TLS 1.2.
