Behavior:
When attempting to install or update DocuWare Desktop Apps, the following error message is shown under various failed operations within the DocuWare Client Setup;
"ShorcutPath does not exist or is not accessible"
Solution:
This error occurs when the "StartUp" folder is missing from C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs. To resolve this behavior, create a new folder named "StartUp" in the referenced location.
Once completed, reattempt to install or update the DocuWare Desktop Apps, which should proceed without error.
