Behavior:
After restoring a VM snapshot or completing an upgrade/migration, the following error appears;
"Hmmm… can't reach this page *DWURL* refused to connect."
Solution:
This behavior occurs when IIS attempts to start the necessary DocuWare App pools but cannot because the "World Wide Web Publishing Service" has been stopped. To resolve this, open Windows "Services" and ensure "World Wide Web Publishing Service" is started. Once completed, perform an iisreset to start all DocWare app pools, and you should now be able to access the DocuWare site without error.
