Behavior:
When trying to sync users via User Sync V1, group assignments are not allocated.


Solution: 
To resolve this please refer to the folowing workarounds:


 
  1. After confirming that the synchronization is correctly configured, please refresh the page (Ctrl+Home). Then start the synchronization job without checking the groups and users.
  2. Once the synchronization configuration is prepared, navigate to the User Management plugin and select the Groups dropdown. -> Groups. Open both groups intended to synchronize (Admins and Public groups) one at a time, then exit the group edit view. This will ensure the groups are unlocked. Afterward, run the synchronization.
