Why is the NTLM endpoint not working when I attempt to bypass the login page?

Answer: 
Commencing in DocuWare version 7.11, cookie-based authentication has been discontinued and replaced with OAuth 2.0 protocol. Due to this change, the NTLM endpoint is no longer functional. However, you can still bypass the login page automatically by using the SSO endpoint (https://[Organization Name]/DocuWare/Platform/WebClient/SSO) instead.

Please follow the steps outlined in KBA-36308 in order to configure Single Sign-On. 

KBA is applicable to both Cloud and On-Premises Organizations.
