Hello,

A prospect is asking if Docuware provides:

 1. Copies of recent penetration test reports
 2. Lock access down to corporate IP addresses
 3. Single-Sign-On support
 4. Multi-factor authentication supported
Does anyone know the answers?

Thanks
Tiago

Multi-Factor is supported thru Azure AD or ADFS and is set up in those external authentication methods. DW simply relies on them to allow a user before it allows a user to login.

in regards to item#1 - you may be able to request the SOC2 report that shows their testing - item#2 locking down access by corporate IP address - we have accomplished this using the Azure AD SSO integration and only allowing access by the corporate public IPs. item#3 - can be done via azure ad sso. also #4 MFA was accomplished using azure ad sso integration as well
