Berhavior:
When taking over central settings from DocuWare 4 into DocuWare 5 Administration, you may encounter the following error message: "The import of DocuWare 4 settings is not possible since other settings already exist!"
Solution:
To avoid this problem, it’s important that in DocuWare 5 no users have been set up aside from the Admin. If new users have been created, they will have to be deleted.
Once the user information has been deleted, you may capture the central settings once.
