Behavior:
Link in mail generated from feature "Send as Hyperlink" from the Web Client is truncated in the email body. It results in an error you try to open this link:
"Error executing child request for /dwwebclient/Integration.aspx."
Solution:
This problem is related on how the Outlook client deals with long links. The limit is 132 characters in Outlook, but this can be solved using UTF-8 in setting "Preferred encoding for outgoing messages".
This option can be found in Outlook 2010 and 2013 in File > Options > Advanced > International Options
