As soon as the document with grayscale was scanned and the option "Auto-Rotate & deskew"
in the import settings (within the DocuWare Desktop application) is activated, the barcode won’t be identified.
The identification works with black and white or colored documents.
On the client replace the file C:\Program Files (x86)\DocuWare\Desktop\dynapdf.dll with the attached one:
Restart the DocuWare Desktop Application the DocuWare Desktop Service afterwards.
The changes will affect only new imported documents. Already imported documents have to be re-imported.
