Document tray can't be edited - "The rights Operator, Owner must be granted"

Behavior:
When you try to edit/delete a document tray, this message is shown:
"The rights "Operator, Owner" must be granted"

The reason for this error is a problem with the Microsoft Message Queueing (MSMQ), which is used for the internal communication.

Solution:
In such cases the reset of the MSMQ will solve the problem.
