You would like to change the Result that is used in a Workflow Task to something other than the default Result List currently being used.
- First, create the Result List with the desired field order to use to edit index entries of a document in a Workflow Task
- After you create the Result List you will need to set it to be the Default
- Assign the Users or Roles that you want to have access to the Result List
- Create a new Search Dialogue and assign your newly created Result List to the Search Dialogue
- Assign the Users or Roles that you want to have access to the Search Dialogue
