In DocuWare Cloud systems, scheduled Autoindex workflows regularly run at a different time than specified. Why is this and how can this behavior be fixed?
Answer:
It depends on the timezone, which is conifigurated in the DocuWare Administration.
It is possible to Change the timezone in the DocuWare Administration and use the correct timezone. You can change the timezone under the index tab "General -> Calendar -> Timezone".
Then your Autoindex Workflows start correctly.
