The following options are available for exporting documents:

1. You can create a request (export) in the DocuWare configuration, in which you can insert the desired documents. You can select the required documents using the filters in the request export configuration. How to create a request is explained in the following article: https://support.docuware.com/de-de/knowledgebase/article/KBA-36401

It should be noted that the files are located in DocuWare's own file structure, which can make it difficult to import the documents into another software.
 

2. DocXporter exports both documents and index data. The index files can be freely configured using templates — for example, in the preferred format of a third-party application.
