Create a new field number from 2 others-1542451551

Hello, good morning, I am creating a form in Docuware and I need one of the fields of the form number to be composed of two fields, for example the user followed by the date to be the identifier of the field, I try from the options of the form but not gives me the option to concatenate, any ideas?
