We started getting following error message "Your account ran out of disk space" when trying to store documents into file cabinets.

We've jumped from about 5% of storage usage to full in about an hour. 

I assume there must be an issue with DW Cloud

i have checked your cloud contract and there were some changes by our US colleagues yesterday and the used storage is currently only 5%. If you are still having issues when storing new documents please open a new support ticket and my colleagues will check. Please write a mail to
