We are configuring "outlook email" and have created a store dialog called "stored emails" in the indexing fields we are trying to extract the company name of a client from an email that will be stored. Which would be the best way to approach this? Should we extract the company name from the domain name of the email? Is it possible to extract the information from the email body where in the end there is the clients signature with the comany name? Thank you.
