Is there any documentation on what permissions the built-in Organization Administrator role has?  I can't assign any function profiles or fc profiles to this role, just dialogs and users, and though the name of the role implies that it would have a fair amount of power I'm finding that there's a lot of stuff it can't do.  So what can it do?

Hi Jon,

Were you provided an answer to this question from Support? The response from Matthias above makes it seem that they would have shared the knowledge with the forum, but nothing has come through.

Would love to know the answer to this.

Hi Jason, here's what Support said:

Unfortunately there is no documentation on the Organization Administrator role, but in regards to what it can do, the Organization Administrator role is a role that can modify and change any user rights in regards to assigning FC profiles, in regards to the Organization role there would be no reason to as this is the Admin account and can already oversee everything. Now if the user is trying to assign certain rights to Admins, he can create an Admin role and assign Fc profiles to this new role.
