Cómo habilitar los requisitos de seguridad de contraseña

***Nota: Al aplicar las contraseñas seguras, todas las contraseñas actuales en el sistema caducarán. Los usuarios deberán establecer una nueva contraseña antes de poder iniciar sesión nuevamente.***

Tengo la inquietud si esto tambien aplicaria para los usuarios que tienen la cacilla deshabilitada que la cuenta nunca caduque su contraseña.
