Behaviour:
The DocuWare services won't start. You'll find in the Windows Eventviewer (eventvwr) the following error message: "AuthenticationServer::Error: The root element is not present...."
Solution:
The *.settings files in the appropriate program directories are missing or are empty.
Please request the settings file from your ADP or DocuWare Support or copy it from another running system.
