Behavior:
In case IE 11 is used with the Web Client and the new DocuWare Desktop Apps (Client Setup) Intranet Security is needed for the Web Client.
The problem occurs when encoding link to the settings file:

When using intranet the following will appear in your browser:
In case the Web Client site is not located in the intranet zone of the Internet Explorer Settings then the following will appear:
As you can see the file you will get is slightly different and will never work.
*Note: This happens only when using IE 11. IE 9 and 10 are working fine in this case.
