Validation for CSRF protection failed! Error code: 2

Hi,
I was facing some issues when making a web form to the public. While accessing the web form it showed "Validation for CSRF protection failed! Error code: 2".If we are not making the form public form, everything is working properly. Sometimes showing "jwt is not valid in DocuWare".
Any hints can share?
