Can not Upgrade Docuware 6.7 to Docuware 7.0 ?

Dear all we try to upgrade Docuware 6.7 to docuware 7.0 by user set up version 7.0 but it can be done , so please advice , See attach file screen shot

MSSQL or MySQL? The log should contain details, or you can view them in the console with the system upgrade tool.
