One of a customer's users is encountering an issue. A new scanner was installed just fine. Everytime the user scans something and pull it up from an In Basket, the Fortis program is crashing. 

Our service technician has upgraded her computer to 64 bit but is still encountering the problem.

Would you be able to open a support ticket for this issue, providing more details such as customer information, what version of Fortis they are currently using, and some screenshots or details of any error messages they are seeing?
