"Printer not activated, error code-30"

I got this error when trying to email a document out of Fortis SE.  Every time I log into Fortis, I can email out one document. However, I get this error on the second document I try to email out. If I exit out completely and go back in, the issue is resolved for emailing out 1 document, but again not the 2nd. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Shellie,

When it does work, does it attach a .PDF or another file format, like .TIF or .MAG? It may be an issue with your Fortis Printers (Fortis Document and Westbrook Tehcnologies PDF).

PDF. I was told by Docuware (or Ricoh?) it's because I have upgraded to Office 2016 and it's unsupported, so this problem is unfixable.
